About you

We have an opportunity for a Shop Manager with strong sales and fashion awareness and an ambition to create a brilliant and beautiful shopping experience.

You will be a natural leader, an organised and inventive personality who knows how to create the best atmosphere that will allow your team of staff and volunteers to shine and make your customers excited to return.

You will put people at the heart of everything you do and will use your creative skills, retail knowledge and your ability to nurture talent to deliver appreciated customer service and to make your shop feel like a real part of the community.

You will be a clear communicator, able to set goals and delegate and will have ideas and the experience to increase sales, volunteers and donations.
