Job Title: Telesales Manager

Salary: GBP30,000 - OTE - GBP40,000 per annum

Location: Camberley, Surrey

Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Telesales Executive who is looking for their first leadership opportunity or has proven experience in leading a team. Responsibilities

Achieve agreed targets through the following activity:

* Leading, managing and motivating a Telesales Team to implement a sales strategy, meet agreed targets and achieve maximum results

* Develop good relationships with team members, interact with the team regularly to ensure everyone is on task and manage the agreed levels of calling activity to raise revenue or volume streams in conjunction with sales team

* Working alongside the Sales Director to further each team member's development: undertaking monthly one-to-ones with each member and providing training, mentorship and support to support the team in achieving targets and improving overall progress

* To work closely with the Sales Director and act as the main point of contact and representative for the team for all other departments within the company

* Consultative selling via the telephone, the purpose of the position is to develop new revenue from the sale of advertising licences to schools and colleges

* Searching and identifying sales opportunities and presenting benefits and key features of products effectively to acquire new business, whilst also following up on new leads and referrals

* Complete the required level of sales calls and other activity necessary to achieve targets and develop your region

More about the skills and attributes we are looking for:

* Previous experience within telesales or similar environement, preferably leading a small team

* An exceptional communicator, with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills at all levels

* Excellent work ethic, self motivated, flexible and determined approach to sales. Highly driven with enthusiasm to meet high sales

* Energetic, enthusiastic and driven, with the ability to motivate themselves and others to meet sales targets and to cope under demanding pressure

* Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to manage via influence and lead a team successfully

* Detail orientated, with the ability to create reports, analyse and interpret volumes of data rapidly and effectively
