Catering Supervisor

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

Allocate tasks to each Catering Assistant on a shift by shift basis, ensuring that work loads are spread evenly and fairly between the team.
Work with Deputy Catering Manager to ensure that all Catering Assistants attend statutory/non statutory training sessions.
Capture and provide management information for the College to analyse.
Sign off of cleaning schedules.
Set up and clear down of functions/events.
Liaise with the chef on daily menu content and communicate appropriately to the Catering Assistant team.

The successful candidate will:

Have the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure
