Tradewind Recruitment seeks a proactive and dedicated Education Recruitment Resourcer to join our rapidly expanding Chelmsford team. We are offering a fast paced and dynamic career opportunity for the right applicant.

As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates from job boards and our internal database, screening and interviewing candidates and completing the registration and clearance procedures.

This is a critical role within our education recruitment team. In this role you will have the opportunity to continually progress and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

-Source suitable candidates and deliver a quality pipeline of candidates to consultants
-Screen potential candidates and complete the interview process
-Complete the clearance procedure while adhering to strict compliance procedures
-Build relationships with candidates over the phone and face to face
-Diary management
