This highly successful motor dealership in Bicester is now seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician. This Vehicle Technician opportunity boasts an excellent technical training program with clear development and progression opportunities. It also comes with a highly competitive basic salary, bonus scheme and Monday to Friday hours!!
As a Vehicle Technician your duties will be:
* General servicing, repairs and maintenance
* Liaise with Service Advisors and directly with customers to explain any issues found with customer vehicles, as well as the customers options on how to rectify the problems found
* Complete Vehicle Health Checks
* Monday to Friday with no working Saturdays!
The successful Vehicle Technician candidate will have:
* A Level 3 Vehicle Repair and Maintenance qualification to an NVQ, IMI, ATA or City & Guilds (C&G) standard
* Good verbal and written communication skills are essential
* The ability to deal with multiple work requests and seasonable increases in workload
* Experience of working autonomously and be target driven
* A customer-focused attitude be resilient and adept at building customer relationships
* A full valid driving licence
As the Vehicle Technician Salary & Benefits include:
* Competitive basic salary GBP25,000 - GBP29,000 depending on experience
* An excellent bonus structure that will give you an OTE to GBP34,000 which is uncapped
