Have you previously worked within a law firm? Do you have previous office management experience? Can you successfully manage the HR function within a business?
Our client, a well-established law firm, are looking for an Office Manager to support their team across their two branches in Oxfordshire. Reporting directly into the partners, the ideal candidate will be a confident self starter and well organised individual. The HR function will be a main priority in this role therefore a CIPD qualification is advantageous however not essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following -
* Training of staff
* Recruitment
* Management of all personnel files including appraisals, contracts, grievances, disciplinary and absences
* IT/Office Administration and Premises Management Functions
* Assist the Partners and fee earners with marketing, including social media
