Interim Procurement Manager

Are you an experienced Procurement Manager with experience of EU Procurement Regulations? Are you immediately available or on a short notice period? How would you like to join the procurement team of a Birmingham based organisation responsible for one of the most exciting projects in the Midlands?

As Interim Procurement Manager you'll have the opportunity to join an experienced team responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services along with coordinating procurement resources. You will implement procurement procedures and advise on EU and UK Procurement legislation and developments.

You will be extremely hands on and have responsibility for running multiple OJEU tenders efficiently and effectively.

In order to carry out this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

• Strong experience of compiling tender and commercial documents
• Excellent up to date knowledge and experience of EU and UK procurement legislation is ESSENTIAL and you cannot be considered for this role without this
• Experience of procuring goods and services through a range of routes including OJEU and government frameworks
• CIPS qualified or working towards
• Knowledge of different types of contracts

In return the successful Interim Procurement Manager will receive a rate of GBP400 - GBP440 per day dependent upon experience, plus additional attractive benefits. This role is INSIDE IR35.
