HR Officer - Night Shift

Unusual opportunity exists within the North Kent area to join a manufacturing company who are seeking to expand their HR Team and enhance the employee experience by having an HR professional on site and on duty to cover the night shift. You would be an experienced HR professional who is capable of working in a stand alone capacity and ideally has worked in a manufacturing, building, cleaning or social care environment previously. Working hours would be 8.30pm to 8.30am and you would work 4 days on and 4 days off.

Duties

- responsible for inductions for new temporary workers

- dealing with all aspects of Employee Relations during the night shift

- undertaking and leading disciplinary and grievance meetings

- providing HR Advice and Guidance to night shift workers and managers

Salary c.GBP25-28,000 depending on experience
