Assistant Service Manager - Salary -
* Negotiable, depending on experience - Approximately GBP35k OTE
The Next Step Automotive Recruitment are currently seeking an Automotive Assistant Service Manager on behalf of our client, a well-known local Dealership Group for their Norwich-based Franchised Car Dealership.
Assistant Service Manager - What we are looking for -
My client represents a highly recognisable, forward-thinking brand and a rare opportunity has arisen to join their Aftersales team in this important and pivotal role, as an Assistant Service Manager.

* You will be immaculately presented, have an eye for detail and the desire to go the extra mile to provide the level of service expected by this established brand
Assistant Service Manager - Responsibilities -
As Assistant Service Manager, you'll form an important part of the Aftersales team. Adopting a hands-on approach, you'll provide leadership, mentorship and motivation to the front-counter team whilst interacting with Senior Management.
You should be comfortable with implementing processes, whilst monitoring and measuring the performance of your team. You will play a part in all aspects of the smooth running of the Aftersales department, towards the absolute satisfaction of all customers that pass through.
You will be comfortable with a high through-put of work whilst keeping multiple plates spinning. You'll oversee job cards and workshop loading, ensuring efficient use of available resources towards a streamlined end-to-end process and will be expected to provide cover for the Service Manager in times of absence.
Assistant Service Manager - Requirements -
* At least 2 years of experience in a Dealership Aftersales role
* Confident Leadership acumen
* Experience of DMS or CRM systems such as Kerridge, Power or Pinnacle
* A full driving licence is essential
