Structured Finance Paralegal

Our client, a renowned US law firm are looking for a paralegal to join their Structured Finance department on a 6-month fixed term contract basis (with the possibility of extension).

Successful candidates must have a 2.1 Law degree or above, ideally the LPC (although not essential) and must have previous finance experience. The firm are looking for candidates who have experience within securitisation and/or experience with CLO's.

The role itself will be busy and varied and the successful paralegal will be working closely with the associates and other members of the department with duties including; production of legal documentation and assisting with the collection of materials for closings.
