Becoming a Recruiter with Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP):
Salary 25k plus 20% bonus
Please note location for this role is Chatham, Kent, ME4 4SJ
Contract type: Full time / Fixed term (initially for 12 months with an option to extend or be made perm)

Joining a newly formed recruitment team, you will work alongside driven and talented individuals to raise awareness of Army careers, with the expectation to engage with high volumes of candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process with the utmost care and support.

What you will do:

You will utilise a wide range of recruitment channels to attract and engage with prospective applicants including social media, careers fairs and recruiting events. In addition to building trusting relationships with a network of candidates, the Recruiter will liaise with several key internal stakeholders, where you will utilise your strong communication skills and commercial acumen to build rapport and confidence in your recruitment capabilities. Your experience will include:

As an experienced Recruiter, from either an RPO, in-house or agency background, you will have a passion for talent acquisition and will have developed strong influencing skills. The Recruiter will be motivated by providing an exceptional experience to all candidates throughout the recruitment process, adapting your approach to suit the individual needs of each candidate.

Commercially minded, you will be driven to succeed in filling high volumes of roles to agreed timescales, whilst providing the highest standard of service. Success within this role will be directly affected by the Recruiter's ability to work within a targeted environment, where you will be motivated by a desire to exceed expectations.

Successful candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence and will be required to pass DBS and BPSS pre-employment screening checks.
