Brook Street is very excited to be recruiting for 2 Administration Officers for the Ministry of Justice based in Branston.
For these particular roles, the Administrator Officers will be required to log applications requesting the disclosure of personal information under the Data Protection Act 2018 on to in-house databases.
This will involve sending template acknowledgement letters to requestors and requesting copies of the information required from the relevant business areas using template emails.
Full training will be provided.
Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidates will require a basic DBS.
You will also need to have a confident phone manner and have experience in Microsoft Office word and excel.
The role is for one year and due to start on 1st December 2018.
The pay rate starts at GBP7.98/hr for the first 12 completed working weeks before increasing to GBP9.45/hr.
