I am now recruiting for a growing company who manufacture specialist Optical Fibre and communications equipment. This brand-new position has been created for an experienced engineer to growing team, based in Oxfordshire.
The role will primarily focus on the design and development of new products, supported by the management of development timescales. You will also assist in the design and creation of electronic tooling to support the R&D and production departments.
Your aim will be to support an efficient production and product development environment; creating documentation and improving engineering processes. You will also support production plans to ensure the timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications & Experience:
The successful candidate will hold a degree in Electronic Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
You must have previous industry experience with electronic design, development and production engineering.
