Estate Agency Senior Sales Negotiator
Our client is one of the most prestigious and successful estate agents in the area.
They are looking to recruit a polished, tenacious, professional and experienced estate agent to work in their well appointed office in Burton Upon Trent.
The role will primarily involve dealing with the applicant base of buyers.
Duties will include phoning out new instructions, mail-shoting buyers, accompanying viewings as well as vendor liaison.
The ideal candidate will come from an estate agency background, ideally with experience dealing with the middle to top end of the market. Based both in the office and accompanying viewings and potentially someone who could assist the sales director with new instructions e.g. helping with floor plans etc.
Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5:30 with one hour lunch. Saturdays on a rota basis (either alternate or 1 in 3) with a day in lieu during the week. 20 days holiday.
