Waking Night Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join a fantastic team of waking night support workers.
You will joining a fantastic team to support Adults with Autism supporting them to live fulfilling lifes.
As the Waking Night Support Worker you will support with the risk assessments and support plans in addition to providing emotional support throughout the night and provide personal support where required.
The ideal candidate will hold the right values, confidence and attitudes which is more important than experience. Key qualities will be a natural resilience to challenges, the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other agencies, self-motivation and most importantly the ability to be passionate about promoting independence and active lifestyles.
As you will be part of a new team who will have a specially designed induction and bespoke package of additional training as well as a dedicated manager who will coach you along the way.
This is a full time position with a salary of £15,064 including progression towards health and social care qualifications, in addition to career development.
