This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Home Manager to oversee the delivery and development of a Residential Home for Young people with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, in the Blackpool Area.

Working for a fantastic national provider in Children and Young Peoples services, with years of experience they pride themselves with commitment to high quality services and positive outcomes, providing successful and stable placements.

As the Registered Manager of the 6 Bedded Young people`s home you will effectively and efficiently manage the home, work within and ensure effective delivery of the main responsibilities and key result areas identified within the role of a manager. Other duties will include leading, motivating and inspiring your team, actively safeguard and promote the welfare of the child, develop a variety of intervention strategies regarding behaviour management and the promotion of pro-social behaviour and directly deliver supervision to identified members of staff and regularly appraise performance.

The successful candidate will hold or be working towards a Level 5 in Leadership and Management and hold previous experience of managing a Young Persons service. Ideally you will be an approachable, motivating and passionate individual who provides the best person centred care for the Young People in your care.

This is a full time position with salary of up to £41,000 in addition to bonus, excellent benefits and career progression.
