Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School Horncastle, Lincolnshire 

The school was judged by Ofsted as ‘Outstanding’ in November 2011. There are 807 pupils on roll and a Sixth Form of 206. A co-educational and selective academy, located 20 miles east of Lincoln and attracting students from a wide area surrounding the market town of Horncastle.

Required for January 2019 a well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher to teach Religious Education.

The post would suit candidates requiring 0.3-0.4 FTE.

Applicants should be able to teach throughout the age range, up to and including GCSE; the ability to teach A Level would be desirable, though not essential. Applications from NQTs or from more experienced teachers are welcome. The school has well established induction arrangements.

The successful candidate will be expected to

• have excellent communication skills, able to articulate her/his expectations;
• have flexibility and an abundance of energy.
