Part-Time Accounts Administrator 

South Humberside Suspended Ceilings, a supplier and distributor of a range of products and services is now looking for an enthusiastic part-time Accounts Administrator to join their friendly, Grimsby-based Finance team. The successful candidate will take on a widely varied role, therefore, a passion to learn and develop is key. 

Responsibilities of the role 

  • Sales and purchase ledger invoicing
  • Statements and reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • Banking reconciliation
  • Daily banking and cashbook
  • Cash allocation
  • Processing CIS wages & returns
  • Producing cash flow forecasts
  • Processing payments

Requirements of the role

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced accounts department
  • Experience in a all-round accountancy role 
  • ATT knowledge and experience 
  • Professional attitude and excellent work ethic 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Work highly accurately with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to learn and progress in accountancy
