If you would like to join a vibrant, progressive and innovative company, we have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, self-motivated individual to join our busy Engineering Warehouse at our Canterbury site. The hours of work are Monday to Friday between 0800-1800.
The Engineering Warehouse stocks upwards of 14000 product lines including power tools, safety equipment and a broad array of fasteners and fixings. There is a strong team ethic within the warehouse, new ideas are always welcomed and considered. At a time where the company is experiencing such levels of growth there will be many opportunities for development and growth of all team members.
The role is responsible for picking and packing orders as well as stock maintenance (stock rotations, stock returns, inventory checking). You will need to be a proactive individual who has a drive to achieve and maintain a clean and tidy well organised work place
Desirable Experience:
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential as full training given
The successful applicant must be willing to work fast, be reliable, honest and have a can do attitude. The role requires dedicated team working and the applicant must be a good team player as well as having their own initiative to work alone when required. The role can be highly pressurised at times and the successful candidate will need to present demonstrable experience of working effectively under pressure.
