Our client is a leading JCB dealership with over 20 years of industry expertise. With sites based across the South East, they have a diverse customer base, from small one-person businesses to major international companies. 

Now, they are looking for a Service Co-ordinator to support the delivery of their repairs service.

In this important role, you will have the chance to facilitate the delivery of key engineering services that keep customers’ businesses up and running. 

What will I be doing? 

As a Service Co-ordinator, you’ll co-ordinate Engineers in your area to ensure that repair work is completed in a timely manner. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Act as the first point of contact for any problems or queries 
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and polite manner 
- Monitor Engineer availability and assign them to jobs 
- Help to enhance existing processes 

What do I need? 

- Previous call centre and/or customer service experience 
- Great communication skills and a professional telephone manner 
- A flexible approach 
- Strong prioritisation skills 
- A proactive approach to problem-solving 

Experience of working in a similar role in a fast-paced environment would be highly beneficial, but this isn’t essential, as full training will be provided.
