TITLE - OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR – OXFORD POOLS LTD
Based in the Oxfordshire village of Eynsham, Oxford Pools is a long established ,small Family Run and friendly Business. Providing service, maintenance and refurbishment services to our customers pools and hot tubs for over 40 Years we pride ourselves on our customer retention ,service and the quality of our work.
We are looking for a self motivated , flexible individual to join our busy office environment.
Computer literate and preferably with previous SAGE or comparable accounting package experience.
Applicants must have a good telephone manner and posses good customer service skills and be efficient and discreet dealing with our valued customers both on the telephone and occasionally face to face.
The candidate will be responsible for the ordering, checking and goods in processing for all purchases and the inputting of Purchase Invoices on to our system so being methodical and possessing an attention to detail is key.
Invoicing customers services and goods via our semi electronic service system, so numeracy and common sense is a must.
You will be responsible for Health and Safety Monitoring for personnel, site and vehicles ensuring that forms and procedures are completed correctly and on time
Candidates must be reliable and responsible individuals, stepping up to Office Manager when required to cover for holidays.
Flexibility is key for this role as being a small business we need a willing candidate to perform other admin based tasks as directed by management on occasion , there will be lots of variety in your working day.
