A successful Lebanese Tapas restaurant is looking for a Grill Chef/Sandwich maker that is able to cook with fresh ingredients, working with Lebanese inspired dishes.
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
- Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
- Helping the Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
You will need:
- At least 2 years' experience working in a high street brand
- Food & safety hygiene certificate
- Tues and Wed 10am - 3pm
- Thursday, Fri and Sat 10am - 10pm
Your pay will be £9 - £10 per hour.
