Part-Time Receptionist / Admin Assistant
A reputable, independent hearing healthcare provider in Sevenoaks now require a part-time Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join them at their private practice in Sevenoaks, Kent. The role will be offered on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday contract, 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Responsibilities of the role
- Managing the reception desk of the practice
- Welcoming patients and booking them in on the system
- Arranging appointments in the booking system
- Handling all incoming telephone calls and emails
- Handling of all patient correspondence
- Additional admin tasks as required
Requirements for the role
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organisation and interpersonal skills
- Strong initiative and ability to get tasks completed
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Good IT and typing skills
- Flexibility to work as required
- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
