Part-Time Receptionist / Admin Assistant

A reputable, independent hearing healthcare provider in Sevenoaks now require a part-time Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join them at their private practice in Sevenoaks, Kent. The role will be offered on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday contract, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Managing the reception desk of the practice 
  • Welcoming patients and booking them in on the system 
  • Arranging appointments in the booking system 
  • Handling all incoming telephone calls and emails 
  • Handling of all patient correspondence
  • Additional admin tasks as required

Requirements for the role 

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Strong organisation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong initiative and ability to get tasks completed 
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Good IT and typing skills
  • Flexibility to work as required
  • Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
