We’re now looking for an Account Manager to join our friendly team in Exeter.

The Role: 

As an Account Manager, you will provide a first-class service to customers using our marketing and design services. 

Reporting to our Head of Client Services, you’ll act as customers’ first line of communication for some high-profile projects. 

You’ll focus on building strong working relationships and ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved.  

About You: 

To be considered, you will need: 

- Experience within a customer-facing role, communicating with customers via email, telephone and face-to-face 
- Great IT skills  
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills 
- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve great results 
- The ability to effectively prioritise tasks  

Previous marketing and/or agency experience would also be beneficial to your application.
