Our popular Modern European Restaurant along the canal is looking for a talented Sous to help take the reigns of our great team.
You will be working in an ingredients focused environment with a deep focus on meat.
About the role
You will be working alongside the Head Chef taking a very hands on attitude
mentoring the juniors and monitoring consistency
helping pout on the section and occasionally helping input the many menus our establishment offers
Salary is between GBP30 and GBP35K depending on assessment. This is based on 7 shifts, and overtime will be added on top by shift.
