Part of a team responsible for providing operational support and ensuring we deliver our contractual requirements. The role involves working closely with other internal teams and liaising with clients on a regular basis.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
" Co-ordinating works between stakeholders i. clients, subcontractors, engineers, help-desk etc.
" Raise and/or approve suppliers and subcontractor purchase orders.
" Review planned preventative maintenance planners ensuring timely completion of tasks.
" Update internal and client systems including uploading of documents as required.
" Review call reports on a regular basis, ensuring jobs are progressed in a timely manner.
" Prepare and submit quotes, financial uplifts etc.
" Resolving staff and client queries.
" Assist in mobilisation of all new contracts by working with management.
" Provide staff and engineer training on various processes and systems.
" Prepare and submit reports.
" Prepare and submit risk assessments and method statements.
" Assist managers with all reasonable work requests.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
" Demonstrable experience in a similar role and environment.
" Good working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office package
