Customer Care Administrator
A well established and rapidly growing manufacturing company in Rugby currently has an opening for a Customer Care Administrator.
This will be working within a small team in the Customer Care department and daily duties will include, yet not be limited to:
Speaking with engineers, builders and domestic clients in order to resolve any queries and complaints
Logging all calls and notes onto a bespoke computer system
Creating and generating quotes and sending these out to clients
General administration duties
Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email
In order to be successful in this position, you will have excellent attention to detail and be a strong administrator.
This role will be offered on a temporary basis, with a permanent contract being offered once 12 weeks have been completed.
The pay rate for this position is £8p/h when the role is temporary, then salaried at £18,000 p/a once permanent.
