They are looking for people to join them to provide administrative support to various teams in the business, ensuring client requests are processed correctly and that they comply with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly.
As part of the team that focuses on Tax Year End projects for clients, you will be working to solve problems to deadlines, present information in a way that is easy to understand and make recommendations to improve their operations, service and processes.
They’re looking for someone who can manage their own time and workload under moderate guidance and supervision, taking responsibility for the results and impact of their work. It’s important you are confident with PCs and the Microsoft Office package. Previous office experience or background in a relevant or client-facing job is a plus, as is understanding of the industry, but demonstrating the right attitude and values is the single most important thing we look for.
Salary, benefits & working hours
Our client’s office is open from 8am-5pm. Everyone only works a 7 hour shift per day (plus one hour for lunch) and the same shift all week for your ease of planning.
Salary & Benefits
- £17,800 (including benefit allowance)
