Develop excellent collaborative working internally and externally to support effective delivery of projects.
Understand the external housing policy, legislative and regulatory environments and apply knowledge to support West Kent to manage the impact.
Undertake research, benchmarking, data analysis to assist with modelling future service provision
Produce data through the interrogation of systems and learning from feedback and consultation to provide customer insight for residents, using it to inform policy and service development that provides value for money for residents
Undertake specific projects as directed that focus on improving service delivery, that produce time and financial efficiencies and better customer service.
Monitor performance and service delivery to help West Kent comply with legal, contract and regulatory requirements
Produce information and monitor performance data using the performance management framework to ensure delivery of the strategic plan, contributing to the development of new metrics as required
Provide analytic reports for senior managers and board to assist effective business decision making.
Collaborate with the ICT team and others to support the development and use of information and communication technology to provide efficient, modern and responsive service systems to customers and staff.
Support the data protection officer to safeguard West Kent's reputation through compliance with data protection legislation.
Model living West Kent values for colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
Any other duties as required for the level of the job.

Experience, knowledge and skills
Proven communication, interpersonal and written skills adaptable to all audiences including the ability to write board reports.
Proven ability to take ownership of challenging and difficult conversations with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using and developing Microsoft office packages including Excel, and in-house bespoke systems, including ability to run, create and analyse reports.
Demonstrable analytic skills in relation to complex data to support performance management and policy decision making.
Ability to lead projects and support culture change programmes, and motivate colleagues during periods of evolutionary change.
Experience of managing multiple tasks in a pressured environment to deliver to deadline and priority.
Experience at establishing effective relationships with stakeholders to further services.
Experience of applying equality and diversity principles in all situations and tailor services according to need.

Qualifications
Prince 2, Six Sigma or other relevant formal training and accreditation desirable
