A well-known Subcontractor in Bedford, Bedfordshire have an exciting opportunity for a Roofing Estimator to join their exteriors division

The position

Roofing Estimator

You will be working in a countryside location from large, open plan offices with a dedicated team of 4 Estimators

You will be joining The Exteriors Division who work on roofing, waterproofing, facades, metalwork and joinery, curtain walling, windows and stone work

You will be putting together tenders for multiple schemes ranging from GBP300k - GBP5m and will be working predominantly on new build schemes

You will be working predominantly on Hot melt roofing systems and will also be covering felts, single ply and flat roofing

The right person:

You will either be a Junior or Assistant Estimator with construction experience in any sector

Or you will be an experienced Estimator with roofing experience

Experience of working on cladding schemes would be an advantage

Computer literate (including ability to use Excel)

Grade C or above in Maths

Deadline driven

You will be confident and diligent

Working hours 8-5.30pm
