A UK leader in medical medical devices components are seeking a
Logistics Stores Supervisor (component parts , warehouse distibution, dispatch, Picking quality control
This is 36 hours day shift >> On a Monday to Friday basis .
This position is based in Harlow Essex
To manage the Stores Department within the dispatch, picking, packing, storing and issuing of parts, dispatch of products and stores requirements including all administrative and computer data input onto the system.
Oversee and execute the day to day operations within the area and to be responsible for the supervision of stores and dispatch inputs and outputs, including monitoring and provision of KPI data.
Influencing good stores housekeeping with a hands on leadership work ethic .
Key Performance Measures
Monitor and liaise with the Operational Logistics Manager (OLM) with regard to work flow and the staffing requirements within the stores and dispatch.
Effective supervision of allocated Stores and dispatch staff.
Effective Supervision of Export Clerk.
Accurate identification of product.
Stock Control ie location of stock including vertical lift system.
Accurate picking, packing and marking/attaching associated paperwork or customer delivery address.
Identify, count (or sample count), label and locate product correctly.
Accurate data entry and completion of associated paper, of all stock movements.
Use of ERP computer system.
General housekeeping of working area.
Support PI stock count.
Support customer complaints/CAPA investigations raised to enable completion to resolution.
Production and submission to OLM of agreed KPI data.
Oversight of transport couriers service levels.
Forklift (narrow aisle an advantage ) Training will be given .
