Elevation HR are currently working on behalf of one of our Manufacturing clients based in Barnsley looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor with a generalist remit to support the business. My client is currently going through an exciting period of change and this is an great time to join where you will have the opportunity to further develop your HR career and will also get involved in HR projects.
The role will encompass all areas of HR and you will be required to support the day-to-day duties of recruitment, employee relations including grievance and disciplinaries, terms and conditions, issuing contracts of employment, advising on HR policy and procedures, updating the company on employment legislation, liaising with payroll on starters and leavers processes as well as overseeing all HR administration.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
- Graduate CIPD or working towards
- Minimum of 3 years HR experience ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment
- Good knowledge of employment law and Employee relations
- Strong communication skills
