Part Time Paralegal

Omni provides clients with Consulting, Training, Resourcing and Technology Solutions and due to business growth, we are now recruiting for a part time Paralegal to support our Implementation Manager with contractual terms and negotiations:
Your responsibilities will include:
* Negotiating supplier terms of business and to build an Omni master supply chain list
* being an expert on contractual terms and to ensure all suppliers have all relevant contracts and SLA's in place
* supporting colleagues throughout the business with other contractual queries
You will be an experienced Paralegal or similar level of experience and have proven experience with managing contract queries and be able to provide a consultative and solutions approach with external suppliers regarding contractual queries and negotiations of terms of business.
