Due to company growth, we are working with this global organisation to recruit an experienced and highly professional HR Manager to join them on a 6 month FTC basis to cover a secondment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to join a leading company in a highly strategic role.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with stakeholder and 3rd party client management.

You will be based across various sites but mainly on site in the Burton on Trent office. Travel will be required to various locations including Chorley and Barrow in Furness.

Main duties will include:

* Day to day employee recognition and engagement programmes
* Dealing with escalated grievances and union matters
* Managing relationships with stakeholders and clients
* Recruitment and onboarding new employees
* Working closely with Director of Operations and GMs

The HRM will need to have

* Resilience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to relate to people at all levels
* Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent
