Due to consistent growth and current business requirement, this independent and medium sized asbestos consultancy that provides various professional services to a mixed portfolio of clients, including high profile clients is actively seeking the services of a high calibre and multi-skilled Asbestos Surveyor in Northern Ireland and will include applications Belfast, Omagh, Belfast, Antrim and the surrounding areas.
Qualifications & Experience:
The applicant must possess the P402 qualification or the equivalent - RSPH qualification and at the same time must have significant, valid and varied experience working within this role and within the asbestos parameter.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must have good client-facing and organization skills.
Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Must be fully conversant with the Health & Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.
Key Role:
Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various buildings including both commercial and industrial.
Collating and producing asbestos reports as and when required.
Building a good working rapport with clients on a regular basis.
Attributes:
In general, the successful post-holder will be of smart disposition, versatile, flexible, have good work ethic and at the same time have the aptitude to carry out the work effectively and within time frame.
Have the ability to prioritize workload and must be flexible with regards to travelling to areas designated by the client.
