Residential Fee Earner

We're working with a well established Halifax based Solicitors, looking for a to join their team due to an increase in workload. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join a large, thriving firm with excellent opportunities.

You'll be joining a team of 8 within the residential and commercial Conveyancing department where your duties will include:
Taking client instructions and providing legal advice and assistance
Dealing with client enquiries
Preparation of bills
Filing and casing management
Maintaining knowledge through legal training and research
Adhoc duties such as maintaining and improving office procedures where required

We're looking for an experienced fee earner with experience within residential Conveyancing. You'll need to be able to land on your feet and support this busy team with your knowledge and expertise.
Strong communication and relationship building skills are also essential.

In return our client offers a salary of £30,000 - £45,000 doe.
