LAB TECHNICIAN - GBPDOE - IMMEDIATE START
This Vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Cre8Staff Recruitment who are operating as an employment business.
We are looking for a LAB TECHNICIAN to work for our client based in Poole. They are a specialist in Plating work and carry out projects for the MOD and other businesses on an international level.
This is an exciting opportunity for a person to join an established business with a secure order book where there is every chance to progress.
Job Description
* Support the laboratory by carrying out analysis, research and investigations to ensure all chemistry used within the factory is operating within the specified parameters and to troubleshoot when required.
Ideally you should be interested in Physics or Chemistry, be educated to an A level standard and have a genuine inquisitive mind.
* Ability to plan your own workload
* Awareness of health and safety issues
* Accuracy and attention to details
* Good communication skiJls
* Good understanding of maths and IT
* Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001
Salary dependent on qualifications and experience.
Working hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 18:30.
