Our client, Plymouth probation services, is looking for a part time Receptionist.
This temporary contract is until May 2019, you will be contracted to 24 hours a week, Monday Thursday and Friday.
The main duties will be:
- To answer and log incoming calls and visitors/contractors
- Informing offender managers when appointments arrive
- Provide health and safety support to staff and visitors
- Ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy
You will need:
- Good Customer service
- Keen eye for detail
- Previous reception experience
