Senior HR Advisor - 12 MTH Fixed Term Contract - Birmingham City Centre - Up to GBP39,000
A leading Professional Services firm who's Head Office is based in Birmingham City Centre are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to come and join the team on a 12 month FTC to cover a maternity contract.
The role of a Senior HR Advisor is to work with the HR Business Partners (HRBP) and Head of HR to support the business leaders and those responsible for the employee relationship - offering a balance of commercial, pragmatic and legal advice throughout the employee lifecycle, from finding new talent, supporting the creation of development plans for existing people through to providing the appropriate support when the employee relationship ends.
A Senior HR Advisor is the proactive "go to" person for Team Leaders and Line Managers, providing commercial pragmatic advice on a wide range of people matters within the employee lifecycle.
A Senior HR Advisor will apply best practice HR solutions providing reliable commercial advice that meets the business needs.
Skills and experience you will need for this role are as follows -
* a minimum of 3-4 years' previous experience in an HR Advisor role is essential
* prior exposure to an HR function in a professional services firm is desirable
* completed or be studying towards CIPD qualification
* a degree or equivalent qualification (ideally)
