We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced CAD Technician to join an award-winning commercially focussed interior design practice on an initial 3 month contract basis.

As part of this role, you will get the chance work on a variety of prestigious and challenging projects across the retail, hospitality and fit-out projects around the UK- in particular London.

You will be joining on an initial 3 month contract however as they are so busy there is scope for this to be extended or potentially become permanent.

To work as this CAD Technician role you must:

• A relevant qualification in construction, architectural, or design, OR an engineering related discipline
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Experience in 2D and 3D CAD design
• Knowledge of construction/fit-out industry
• The flexibility to travel to various sites

For this CAD Technician role you will be:

• Producing in depth, detailed drawings, designs and documents to meet various briefs given by clients
• You will liaise with clients and designers regarding all design aspects
• You will be co-ordinating all services on projects
• It will be your responsibility to use your fit out/construction knowledge to problem solve and make decisions on a daily basis
