Now, we are looking for an International Administration Co-ordinator to join our team in Hull, working from 2pm - 10pm.

The Role 

As International Administration Co-ordinator, you will deliver excellent standards of service to customers and an exceptional administrative service to the business. 

You will be the main point of contact between the UK and US office, co-ordinating communication, administrative and artwork services and taking care of process issues. 

Your activities will include: 

- Communicating changes to artwork designs to the relevant teams 
- Dealing with external suppliers 
- Inputting data into SGSCO and client systems 
- Prioritising projects to ensure their efficient, effective and timely delivery 
- Responding to, and logging, customer complaints 
- Co-ordinating and communicating with internal functions 

About You 

To be considered as an International Administration Co-ordinator, you will need: 

- A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service 
- Great administration/briefing skills 
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite 
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills 

Knowledge of packaging artwork production would be beneficial to your application, but this is by no means essential.
