About the role
Our client are looking for a Housing Officer to help them deliver their new approach to tenancy and estate management. Working as part of a team providing a front line housing service including a comprehensive tenancy and estate management service to their tenants.
About you
A positive individual, you pride yourself on your customer focus and can-do attitude. You will be up for a challenge and seek opportunities to improve service delivery for their customers. You will enjoy a busy and varied workload and know how to juggle priorities.
You will have experience of working in a customer-focused environment dealing with a range of enquiries via the telephone and face to face, and ideally housing-related experience. You will need to have a driving licence and use of a vehicle.
