Commercial Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join once of the largest growing estate agencies in the UK.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our client based in their Bracknell office and head up business development for the Oxfordshire Commercial Department.
In return, they are offering a highly competitive salary of GBP25k - GBP35k (DOE) along with uncapped OTE opportunities of GBP50k, along with great additional bonus incentives and great rewards for top performers including quarterly award trips & prizes!
Key Accountabilities
* To generate, manage and maintain a database of key clients and applicants across the Oxfordshire area from small one off units to large out of town development across all price ranges and use classes
* To drive sales and lettings activity from branch and remotely across the region
* To drive listings of commercial sales and lettings properties
* To plan and control Commercial marketing within the region and work within agreed budgets
* To prepare detailed business plans regarding any department investments to ensure that decisions are made based on profit
* To work closely with the Marketing Communications Executive on the design of all related branded marketing material
* To work closely with SST to manage the Commercial sales/lettings pipeline and drive pipeline turn to target levels
Experience Required
* Have previous sales or industry specific experience
* Be target driven and tenacious
* Be able to work effectively within a team
* Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
* Display high standards of service and presentation
* Have good organisational skills
* Be a car owner with a full driving licence
* Be insured for business use
* Have the legal right to work in the UK
