Graduate Building Surveyor - Manchester
Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP28,000
Summary:
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an assistant level building surveyor working with a large multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Manchester. you will be a part of an expanding team who carry out a wide range of building surveying duties within a commercial environment predominantly working on retail and leisure developments. The role involves carrying out professional service-based instructions including contract administration and project management.
Key Duties:
* Advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of residential and commercial property's
* Inspect work that is carried out and report on the contractor's progress
* Prepare schedules of dilapidations
* Contract Administration
About You:
As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will have:
Ideally you will have 18 months post graduate experience preferably working on commercial projects. Be able to carry out surveys and inspections. experience gained in professional and project-based work including good technical knowledge previous experience working on retail projects would be advantageous They are looking for a self-starter who is enthusiastic and driven to provide a quality service. Show commitment and the ambition to succeed and progress within the business.
