The Client
Together Housing is a leading Housing Association, improving the lives of thousands across the North of England. We are looking for an experienced Business Change professional to join the Business Improvement & Innovation team, to work on diverse assignments across multiple streams and service areas within the business. You could be working on digital transformation projects, the streamlining of processes or even the development and uptake of brand new processes as we introduce new and better technology.
The Role
As a Business Change Partner, you will be collaborating with various divisions of the group to build upon and further enhance the organisational capabilities they will need to succeed in moving forwards. You may have to wear several different hats at various stages of a project, or assignment, from Analyst, to Project Manager, to Organisation Designer, to Change Designer and obviously bringing your expertise to the fore and operating as the Change Manager & Co-creator of the work you take on.
As we are a business across several office locations, this post can be based out of Blackburn, Lancashire or Wakefield, Yorkshire.
About You
The successful candidate will have a pre-existing track record of cross team working, exceeding expectations in change-management projects, as well as demonstrating an enviable aptitude in the area of technology and cultural change projects.
You must also have the ability to co-ordinate and implement service reviews to achieve enhanced efficiencies and performance improvements.
We are looking for passionate individuals, who already have the following natural qualities;
- You have fantastic communication skills, able to communicate at various levels of a business, using varied mediums to achieve your desired result
- You will have experience of working with wider teams to deliver solutions
- You will be able to demonstrate an ability to work and problem solve in a new and innovative manner
- You will be able to demonstrate why change in key service areas is required, and more importantly, what the impact on those service areas might be
The ideal candidate will also already hold a Project Management or Lean Systems qualification.
Additional Information
Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence is required, along with access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes; with travel to our other offices throughout the North of England to be expected.
