Hours: Full Time
Due to recent growth our client are now seeking an experienced Solicitor with keen business acumen to manage an existing team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
To meet potential clients during initial consultations and converting them. Increasing current conversion rates, continually monitor and recommend improvements in processes and first point of contact for staff.
The post is ideal for an experienced supervising solicitor seeking a new challenge within a dynamic and rapidly growing company that has built a reputation for providing exceptional immigration advice and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Day to day management of the immigration team ensuring they meet expected billing targets.
Ensure smooth running of the immigration department
Working cohesively and liaison with the legal cashier.
Provide correct advice to clients
Deal with all types of visa categories
Advise, assess and collect relevant documents for immigration process
Submit applications to the Home Office or other relevant authorities
Manage and supervise junior members of the team
Undertake appeal work and representation
Comply and deliver within set deadlines
You will have the ability to supervise your own caseload as well as the ability to build a client base and develop the department
Review casework and files.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience of managing a small team of fee-earners.
Deliver Highest Level of Service to all Clients
Multilingual Preferred but not essential
Good Legal Writing and Drafting Skills / IT And Microsoft Office Literate
Remain Efficient And Productive Under Pressure
