Internal Sales Coordinator 12 month Contract
Our client is a leading manufacturer of corrugated packaging in the UK.
They currently have a position to cover a 12 month maternity contract in the busy sales team. THIS POSITION WILL START 2ND JANUARY 2019
We are looking for a confident team player who enjoys a technical sales and customer service environment.
The main purpose of the role is to provide excellent customer service and proactively target new business.
Supporting the achievement of the company sales strategy
Complete all sales administrative duties.
Duties Include:
Processing Orders
Answering the phone
Informing customers of late delivries
Dealing with new and existing customers
Setting up customer specs
Providing quotations in agreed timeframes
Liaising with design to get CADS/artwork and prices for tools and stereos
Raising quotes for approval
Complaint Handling
Reporting daily figures
Arranging samples and approvals
Order acknowledgements
Managing house accounts in line with sales target
Attending daily meeting and provising minutes
Filing.
