Stirling Warrington are working in partnership with a leading events company in Loughborough to recruit a Business Development Manager on a permanent basis.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Managing a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure client retention
• Produce and deliver a sales strategy to win new business
• Compile and analyse sales data to monitor performance and present to senior management
• Understand a clients needs and produce quotes and proposals accordingly
• Attend meetings and deliver pitches to existing and new business
• Undertake networking activity to ensure an increase in annual sales

You will have:

• The ability to work calmly under pressure
• High attention to detail
• A proven background in B2B Business Development and Client Retention
• The ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
