We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Chef De Partie who is looking for a new challenge in a fast paced environment.
In this position you will be supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen in a very popular Hotel.
Chef De Partie role
You would be responsible for:
- Setting up, operating and cleaning kitchen machinery/equipment
- Organise and set up the assigned section of the Food, Beverage and Kitchens
- Work efficiently to maximise productivity
Person specification
You must be self motivated. Working in a kitchen is not easy; it is essential that you can follow instructions whilst using your own initiative to prioritise tasks in fast paced and potentially stressful environment.
