They keep a range of audio visual stock, with their main focus being on GFX, video and streaming.
Their offices and warehouse are in central Brighton and they work throughout Europe and beyond.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Technical Delivery and Directors, the role will consist of:
- Planning the day to day running of the department ensuring tasks and targets are delivered
- Ensure all equipment testing, prep and de-prep objectives are met with excellence
- Ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and processes
- Create and implement a training strategy for operational staff
- Liaising with the account & project management team
- Stock Management, including shortfalls, maintenance
- Problem solving
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will currently be working as a warehouse manager or senior warehouse technician in the AV rental industry and have a good level of expertise in this field.
A good knowledge of all areas of technical production is vital. Experience operating at engineer level in audio, lighting, video or rigging would be extremely advantageous.
You will already have a good knowledge of how an efficient warehouse should be run. You must have a good level of management or supervisory experience. You must be able to organise, be process driven, tidy, methodical, diligent and have an acute understanding of the deadlines and pace required to run a successful warehouse.
You will be responsible for and will work with additional staff, making sure each person carries out their relevant duties, managing any additional hours required within the warehouse. You will be expected to ensure that all relevant process are adhered to and that the stock management system (Hire Track) is used to its full capability.

- Working knowledge of Hire Track (Preferred)
- Full clean driving licence (Essential)
- Portable appliance testing (PAT) (an advantage)
Education: GCSE or equivalent (Preferred)
